Seeking an experienced Carpenter to take a lead role on commercial and residential projects, including remodels, additions, and full-house renovations. This position is hands-on in framing and finish carpentry while also overseeing daily work on-site, organizing tasks, and ensuring quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is reliable and comfortable taking charge of a crew across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling work on commercial and residential projects; ideally 5+ years previous experience.
- Read and interpret construction plans and follow daily punch lists to keep projects on schedule.
- Lead and direct other workers on-site, delegate tasks, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Communicate clearly with the owner, team members, and other trades while working across multiple job sites in the region.

Requirements:
- Proven hands on carpentry experience in commercial work and residential remodeling
- Strong skills in framing and finish carpentry, with the ability to work independently and in a lead role.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel to job sites around North Billerica, Boston, surrounding suburbs, and occasionally The Cape or Worcester.
- Fluent English is required, Spanish fluency would be an added bonus.
- OSHA 10/30 safety certifications are a plus or willingness to obtain them.
