Overview:
We are seeking a Carpenter with experience in cabinetry and custom millwork to support residential and commercial projects. This role focuses on shop-based fabrication, producing high-quality kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and similar builds. Ideal candidates bring strong craftsmanship and an interest in contributing to a growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork according to measurements and project specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely; assist with CNC-based cutting when applicable.
- Review drawings or cut lists to ensure accuracy and quality in all components produced.
- Maintain an organized, safe workspace and collaborate with team members on project needs.

Requirements:
- Experience in cabinetry, millwork, or related carpentry work.
- Ability to read measurements accurately and follow design plans.
- Familiarity with CNC equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to complete a hands-on demo day to showcase skills and craftsmanship.
- Reliable transportation required.
