ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Licensed Plumber in La Crosse, WI to deliver exceptional residential plumbing service while taking full ownership of every job. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues, communicate clearly with homeowners, and mentor apprentices. We value technical development, accuracy, and long-term career growth built on workmanship and accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Accurately diagnose and perform thoughtful problem solving on residential plumbing systems
• Provide clear communication and education to homeowners on plumbing issues and solutions
• Take whole-job ownership and complete follow-through from diagnosis to project completion
• Maintain high productivity without compromising quality of workmanship
• Work in varied residential environments, including crawl spaces and attics
• Mentor and develop plumbing apprentices while contributing to a strong team culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Active Licensed Plumber
• Proven experience working with residential plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work safely in crawl spaces and attics
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 6:00 PM
