ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Production Welders to join our team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will perform manual MIG welding of production parts and TIG repair of rework parts while maintaining quality and production standards. You will load components into weld fixtures, perform dimensional inspections, and follow standard work instructions to deliver defect-free products across 1st or 2nd shift schedules.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Load and position components into weld fixtures and weld parts together following operator work instructions.
• Perform detailed dimensional inspections using final gauges, bend gauges, and handheld measuring gauges.
• Maintain accurate counts of completed products for each run and follow physical Kanban guidelines.
• Conduct visual self-inspections of welds and parts for obvious defects.
• Separate and log defective products in designated red bins following standard quality basics.
• Inspect all safety controls for proper operation at the start of each shift.
• Notify supervisors or team leaders promptly when defects exceed acceptable limits or equipment malfunctions occur.
• Pack finished parts into designated containers and complete labeling per packaging instructions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Ability to perform MIG welding and pass a MIG weld test.
• Ability to perform TIG welding for rework and repair parts.
• Must possess your own welding hood and gloves.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and use measuring gauges, including final gauges, bend gauges, and handheld gauges.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong work record, including reliable attendance and ability to match production pace.
