ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Journeyman Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Zeeland, MI. In this role, you will perform essential electrical and mechanical repairs, troubleshoot industrial machine controls, and maintain production equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs for production equipment and presses based on schedule and priority.
• Repair and replace electrical components, safety devices, and system controls on all assigned machinery.
• Troubleshoot complex system failures on production equipment.
• Utilize Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems as a key tool for system troubleshooting and diagnostics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Active Journeyman Electrician License.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machine controls.
• Extensive experience working with PLCs and sensors.
• Working knowledge of operator interfaces, servo motors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

NICE TO HAVE
• Working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs as needed for job duties.
