ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will play a critical part in maximizing equipment reliability and uptime through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production and facility equipment to support daily operations.
• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and repair automated systems including PLCs, robotics, motors, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial mechanical equipment.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

NICE TO HAVE
• Industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of motors.
