ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a dependable Forklift Operator to support overnight warehouse and distribution operations in Toledo. In this role, you’ll move materials safely and efficiently, help keep inventory organized, and support smooth operations during the night shift. This position requires a strong safety mindset, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO • Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility. • Stage and organize inventory in designated storage areas. • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures during overnight operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or industrial setting. • A valid forklift certification. • Ability to work overnight hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. • Willingness to work on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. • Strong attention to safety standards and workplace procedures. • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
