What you'll do:
- Coordinate schedules, order materials, track deliveries, and manage inventory across multiple active projects.
- Get into the field to oversee crews on-site, monitor progress, keep things safe, and solve problems in real time.
- Be the communication bridge between clients, vendors, and our internal team in English and Spanish.
- Keep projects organized with clear documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Spot risks and roadblocks early and tackle them head-on.
- Pitch in on operational and administrative work as the team needs it.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent in English and Spanish - speaking and writing - and excited to use both every day.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites around Birmingham.
- Comfortable with hands-on field work, including occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Open availability, including flexibility to take an after-hours client call when it counts.
- No specific experience is required, but hands on experience in construction management, project coordination, cost estimation, petroleum or a related field is a big plus.
