**Overview:** This role focuses on delivering high-quality residential plumbing services to homeowners, landlords, and property managers across a wide service area. Plumbers operate independently from their own vehicle, traveling directly to job sites each day. Strong customer communication and self-sufficiency are essential to success in this role.
**Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in single-family homes and apartments, including fixture, faucet, toilet, and water heater replacement and installation (standard and tankless) - Clear drain blockages using hand tools and drain snakes - Conduct whole-home plumbing inspections for real estate transactions - Communicate directly with homeowners, assess needs on-site, and provide clear estimates
**Requirements:** - 2+ years of residential plumbing experience; licensure not required but preferred - Proficiency with PEX, copper, and ABS piping - Must own a reliable vehicle and basic hand tools; clean driving record required - Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work independently outdoors in all weather conditions, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
