We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join a well-established and growing outpatient practice in Palm Beach County, FL. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, developing individualized care plans that drive real recovery outcomes. Our primary location is in West Palm Beach, with multiple clinic sites across Palm Beach County. What You'll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, exercise programs, and manual therapy.
- Guide patients through rehabilitation to support recovery, pain management, and functional improvement, adjusting plans based on ongoing progress.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure continuity of care and a positive patient experience.

What We're Looking For:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.
- Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning ability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Clear communication skills - able to educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
- Collaborative approach to working with clinical support staff.

Nice To Have:
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or rehabilitation.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole.
