ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a strategic and accomplished Director of Clinical Programs to lead a team of clinical pharmacists delivering specialized pharmaceutical care services to clients across Massachusetts. In this client-facing leadership role, you will drive chronic care medication management initiatives, build collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensure exceptional clinical service delivery at every level. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Oversee and direct clinical pharmacists providing specialized pharmaceutical care services to a diverse client base across Massachusetts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams on patient-directed pharmaceutical care and medication management programs
• Lead and develop clinical initiatives focused on chronic care condition management
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative, managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all clinical pharmacy functions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree required
• Completed residency training required
• Active board certification required
• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
• Demonstrated expertise in medication management, chronic care conditions, and pharmaceutical care program development
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
• Reliable personal transportation required (statewide client travel involved)
