Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to educate clients on life insurance and financial protection products
• Guide clients through product selection and maintain ongoing relationships through consistent follow-up
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track applications, and support business growth
• Participate in weekly virtual trainings and stay current with insurance regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:
• Must obtain or already hold a state Life Insurance License (training support available to help candidates obtain licensure)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and self-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial approach to building and growing a client base
