Overview: This role is responsible for managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. The Project Manager serves as the primary client liaison and plays a key leadership role in guiding and mentoring engineering staff. Multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines are a regular part of this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor project quality and progress through all phases, including preparation of construction documents, schedules, bid packages, and technical specifications
- Act as the main point of contact between the team and the client throughout the project lifecycle
- Review billing summaries and prepare proposals for new project opportunities
- Train, direct, and mentor Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- 5+ years of experience in site civil design and permitting
- Proficiency with hydrology modeling programs, storm drainage software, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and communication skills
