Overview:
This role is responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments. The technician will interpret blueprints and technical documents to ensure all equipment is installed to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Install heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans to determine installation requirements
- Test newly installed systems to confirm proper operation and performance
- Coordinate with team members and customers on installation progress and system usage

Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience in residential or commercial settings
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints, with strong attention to detail
