Overview:
This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. Strong customer communication and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues across heating, cooling, and ventilation systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Inspect HVAC systems to identify mechanical and electrical faults, then test components to verify performance after repairs
- Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly to customers
- Maintain service tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles in proper working order

Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC service or repair experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
