Overview: This role supports mental health services within a correctional facility setting, working directly with incarcerated individuals who may have mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. The position operates entirely on-site and involves ongoing clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation. Contractors engage in meaningful, structured work within a highly specialized environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and summarize case information to support diagnosis, treatment, and release planning
- Develop, monitor, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical need
- Document and evaluate treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate within a correctional healthcare setting to support the mental health needs of a complex patient population

Requirements:
- Active California LCSW license in good standing
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Demonstrated empathy and experience working with individuals facing mental, developmental, or physical challenges
