Overview:
We are seeking a Handyman to support residential renovation projects by performing a wide range of repair, installation, and finishing work. This role is hands-on and requires adaptability to tackle various carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general construction tasks needed to keep projects progressing efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Complete interior and exterior repairs including drywall patching, minor carpentry, installing fixtures, and painting.
- Conduct surface prep work such as sanding, caulking, and minor repairs before painting or finishing.
- Install or repair flooring materials (carpet, tile, vinyl), replace trim, molding, doors, windows, and complete minor hardware and cabinet installations.
- Assist with project-related demolition, debris removal, job site clean-up, and address punch-list items as directed.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with home renovation, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring installation and repairs.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, follow plans or verbal instructions, and work independently or collaboratively.
- Focus on reliability, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, standing for extended periods, and maintaining safe work practices.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
