Overview:
We're seeking a Residential Service Plumber who will focus on plumbing repair and installation services for residential clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship on service calls, renovations, and occasional new construction projects. The position requires adaptability and excellent diagnostic skills in diverse home settings.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential properties, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Travel between job sites in a company-provided vehicle, adhering to standard time-tracking and client protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and team members to ensure client satisfaction and timely completion of work orders.
- Participate in occasional new construction plumbing installations as needed.

Requirements:
- Tradesman-level plumbing license required; journeyman-level licensure preferred.
- Proven experience in residential plumbing service, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Reliable transportation to a central meeting location for daily dispatch.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a clean background and driving record, and commitment to quality workmanship.
