Overview:
We are seeking a Remodeling Carpenter will lead a variety of remodeling and renovation projects, with core strengths in carpentry and tile installation. This role requires practical expertise across all trades, from framing and drywall to finish work, and an ability to independently solve problems as they arise on residential projects.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair ceramic tile, including bathrooms, showers, and backsplashes, ensuring professional layout, cutting, and waterproofing.
- Execute remodeling tasks such as framing, drywall patching and installation, trim and door hanging, minor carpentry, and LVP repairs or installs.
- Identify issues proactively on site and resolve independently without requiring step-by-step direction.
- Maintain an organized, clean job site and protect finished surfaces; may help guide 1–2 laborers as needed.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in carpentry, remodeling, and handyman projects.
- Must demonstrate skilled work from plans, performing accurate measurements and layouts, and using core carpentry tools (including impact driver).
- Must have strong tile fundamentals and capability to handle both rough and finish work.
- Must have own hand tools and tool belt.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required.
- Must have a professional attitude, good communication, and a high standard for safety and accountability.
