Overview:
We're seeking a reliable and versatile Skilled Laborer to support warehouse operations and property project work. This role involves a mix of hands-on labor, organization, and basic repair tasks across residential properties and a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable performing both physical and light technical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, label, and prepare inventory for shipment within a warehouse environment
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and furniture as needed
- Assist with residential property projects including clean-outs, basic repairs, fixture replacements, and general maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and project sites

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general labor, warehouse operations, or property maintenance
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and simple repair tasks (e.g., replacing fixtures, minor plumbing, light carpentry)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow direction and adapt to changing tasks
- Reliable transportation required to commute
