Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Security Technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms, while ensuring seamless integration with network solutions. This role requires a tech-savvy professional who can confidently engage with both clients and technology to deliver exceptional security solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain security cameras, access control systems, and fire alarm systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security and alarm systems.
- Ability to run and terminate low-voltage wiring.
- Set up and manage networking and remote access to security systems via mobile and desktop devices.
- Lead and train less experienced technicians, enhancing team skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in security system installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of networking and cloud-based security technologies.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driver's license.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Fire alarm system installation or testing experience and a
NICET certification (Level I–IV) is a PLUS, not required.
