Overview:
We are seeking a Service Technician who will provide exceptional HVAC service to both residential and commercial clients. This role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various HVAC systems, including split systems, ductless systems, and water source heat pumps.
- Conduct regular maintenance and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Provide alternative solutions when OEM parts are unavailable and ensure system functionality.
- Collaborate with office staff to communicate necessary repairs and solutions to clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Valid EPA license is required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driver's license.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and client-oriented approach.
