Overview:
We are seeking highly experienced, fast, and reliable Block Masons with a proven track record of high-production masonry work in the Sarasota Metro area. This role is ideal for professionals who can move quickly without sacrificing quality, understand local building conditions and standards, and require minimal supervision on site.

Responsibilities:
- Lay concrete block and CMU for walls, buildings, and structural components at production-level speed
- Cut, place, and finish block accurately according to project specifications
- Mix mortar and apply consistently to maintain strength and finish quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications independently
- Ensure walls and structures are level, plumb, and properly reinforced with metal supports
- Coordinate with site supervisors to maintain pace, sequencing, and jobsite efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while meeting production deadlines
- Support crew operations and assist with related site tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on block masonry experience (commercial and/or residential
- Demonstrated experience working on projects in the Greater Sarasota area (local codes, conditions, and expectations)
- Proven ability to work fast, efficiently, and accurately in high-output environments
- Strong understanding of masonry tools, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to read construction plans and work independently with limited oversight
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality craftsmanship
