Overview: The Hoist Operator is responsible for operating lifting devices and ensuring the safety and efficiency of loading and unloading operations at construction sites. This role requires basic operational knowledge and strong attention to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate hoist equipment to lift and move materials as directed.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of hoist machinery.
- Ensure safe operation by following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist other team members with tasks as needed when hoist operation is not required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience operating hoist equipment or similar machinery.
- Must have own transportation to job sites.
- Steel-toe boots required; other safety gear will be provided.
- Strong understanding of safety guidelines and protocols.
