Overview:
We're searching for a multi-skilled Handyman to work on residential and commercial renovation and construction projects, providing versatile skills in areas such as tiling, framing, and basic plumbing and electrical work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality tile installation and ensure cuts and placement meet design specifications.
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs and installations, including adjusting drains and installing P-traps.
- Handle minor electrical repairs and installations, such as tracing circuits and installing GFCI outlets.
- Address various needs across residential and commercial projects, including some carpentry and painting tasks.

Requirements:
- Expertise in high-end tiling, with hands-on experience in curbless shower installations, custom showers, tall walls.
- Basic understanding of light framing, minor plumbing and minor electrical work.
- Basic understanding of slope, float, waterproofing, and prep.
- Proven record in general home repairs, including painting and carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
