Overview:
We're seeking a Civil Construction Estimator to join our team in preparing bids for various infrastructure projects including sewer, water, streets, sidewalks, and earthwork. This role requires an individual who is passionate about the field and can effectively transition between engineering and estimating tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and competitive bids for projects involving sewer, water, streets, sidewalks, and earthwork.
- Interpret blueprints and design plans to ensure accurate assessments and estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align estimates with project specifications.
- Aid in project planning by providing insight into cost-effective construction strategies and resource allocation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Lite for reviewing project plans and design files.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in civil engineering or estimating roles.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
