Overview:
We are seeking a Journeyman Commercial Roofer who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial roofing systems, along with ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial roofing systems including modified bitumen and single-ply.
- Identify and fix leaks and other roofing issues efficiently.
- Perform maintenance tasks and offer solutions to prevent potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a journeyman in the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have personal hand tools and a keen work ethic.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
