Overview:
We're seeking a Skilled Carpenter to construct and maintain structural frameworks on commercial projects across multiple states. This role focuses on roof systems, wood trusses, structural framing, and specialized building assemblies while ensuring compliance with plans and safety standards. Projects are primarily located along the East Coast with additional Midwest travel as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and building plans to execute structural carpentry work
- Install wood trusses, roof decking, framing, and structural components
- Supervise and guide carpentry helpers on active job sites
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience
- Strong proficiency with framing, structural carpentry, and power/hand tools
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofing systems
- Willingness and ability to travel for multi-state projects (VA, NC, FL, NY, MI and surrounding areas)
