Overview:
We're seeking a Skilled Carpentry Helper to support structural construction projects across multiple states. This role assists lead carpenters with roof systems, wood framing, and structural installations while maintaining a safe and organized job site. Travel flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials
- Support installation of wood trusses, decking, and framing components
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of carpentry or commercial construction experience
- Familiarity with carpentry tools and basic framing techniques
- Ability to follow construction drawings with guidance
- Willingness and ability to travel across multiple states (including VA, NC, FL, NY, MI)
