Overview:
We're searching for a Low Voltage Security Technician to focus on installing, terminating, and finalizing security systems, predominantly in multi-family apartment buildings. This position demands a high level of expertise and the ability to oversee projects effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure security systems including CCTV, access control, and intercom systems.
- Read and articulate engineering drawings and specifications.
- Manage and supervise installation teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of security systems.

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a technician, with proficiency in systems such as Brevo, EagleEye, and Comelit.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and execute plans efficiently.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both projects and personnel.
