Overview:
We're seeking a Residential Roofing & Siding Technician to be responsible for installing and repairing roofing and siding on residential projects, and handling general carpentry tasks as needed. The position requires expertise in exterior carpentry and fluency in handling various carpentry duties, especially during winter.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair roofing and siding on residential properties.
- Perform general carpentry tasks as required by project scope.
- Collaborate with project manager to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in roofing and siding, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong carpentry skills adaptable to various interior tasks during off-seasons.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and bring standard hand tools to job sites.
