Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support residential service and repair work within a defined metro service area. This role focuses on diagnosing system issues, performing repairs, and working independently while collaborating with an existing senior technician as needed. Ideal candidates bring strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on service experience across common HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating and cooling equipment
- Perform service calls independently and make informed repair decisions in the field
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair needs clearly with internal team members
- Support occasional installation-related work when needed, especially for technicians with mixed service/install backgrounds

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience diagnosing and repairing residential systems
