Overview We’re seeking an experienced Remodeling Carpenter to support residential remodeling and addition projects that include both interior and exterior work. This role focuses on complex framing, structural modifications, and finish-related tasks while working with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded carpenter who can take ownership of projects and help guide less experienced labor on site. Responsibilities - Perform interior and exterior framing, including additions, structural wall modifications, and porch builds - Complete finish-related work such as tile installation, floor leveling, and general carpentry repairs - Address exterior repairs including rot remediation and porch/garage rebuilds - Assist with light non-licensed tasks (e.g., setting switch plates or outlets) and help coordinate on-site labor as needed Requirements - Minimum 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction or remodeling - Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision - Experience with framing, tile work, and general interior/exterior carpentry - Strong communication skills and ability to direct day laborers when needed
