Overview We’re seeking a skilled Carpenter with a site supervisor mindset to support high-end residential new construction. This is a hands-on role focused on finish punch work, jobsite readiness, and protecting completed work as subcontractors move through the home. You’ll help keep the site organized, safe, and moving smoothly toward closeout. Responsibilities - Perform punch-list and finish carpentry tasks (minor adjustments, repairs, installs, and misc. handyman-style work as needed). - Help coordinate day-to-day site readiness with subcontractors by confirming they have key specs/printouts (kitchen plans, appliances, etc.) and clarifying questions as they arise. Protect completed work between trades (floor coverings, surface protection, proper staging) and ensure the site is secured/closed out daily. Track, label, and store job components/materials (especially finish items) to prevent loss or damage and keep closeout organized. Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in residential carpentry, punch work, finish work preferably in high end residences. - Proven skill set in finish details, light installs, small adjustments, and troubleshooting. - Ability to work independently on an active job site and maintain an organized, detail-focused workflow. - Reliable transportation and ability to arrive job site-ready with basic hand tools.
