Overview: We're seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead and coordinate electrical work for both residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for overseeing a team, ensuring quality standards and effective communication across all tasks. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a crew of electricians varying from 2 to 5 members, ensuring effective project execution. - Plan and coordinate daily task work schedules, material requirements, and next-day priorities. - Communicate effectively with clients, interpret and implement blueprints and electrical diagrams to meet project specifications. - Enforce quality control and safety standards on all job sites. Requirements: - A minimum of 4+ years of electrical experience and proven experience in a foreman-level leadership role. - Valid Electrician license or work towards one. - Strong proficiency in both residential (Romex) and commercial electrical systems (conduit, 3-phase power). - Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and blueprints is essential. - Must possess personal hand tools; company provides larger equipment.
