Overview We’re seeking an experienced Service Plumber to independently handle residential service and repair work. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, sound judgment in the field, and the ability to confidently run calls without supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable mentoring a helper when needed. Responsibilities - Diagnose and complete residential plumbing service and repair work, including emergency calls - Operate a service truck independently and make on-site decisions as needed - Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and next steps - Guide and support a helper or apprentice on jobs when applicable Requirements - Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience - Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems; plumbing and heating experience preferred - Ability to work independently and manage service calls from start to finish - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel locally to job sites
