Overview: We're seeking a Concrete Foreman who will oversee and manage all activities related to concrete work. The role requires a skilled and experienced professional capable of leading a team and ensuring projects meet quality standards. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily operations on concrete projects. - Coordinate and direct crew activities for concrete flatwork and site preparation. - Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a concrete foreman or similar role. - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. - CDL license highly preferred.
