Overview:
We're looking for a Roadside Service Technician to be responsible for providing on-site repairs for company vehicles and client vehicles that experience mechanical issues while in transit. This role demands quick response times, expert diagnostic skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide on-site roadside assistance.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical issues, ranging from minor to complex problems.
- Maintain service trucks and keep them stocked with necessary tools and parts.
- Document service activities and communicate with the main office and clients as required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive repair, ideally with diesel engine knowledge.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and handle stress effectively in emergencies.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, particularly with vehicle electrical systems and heavy equipment.
