We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including mini-splits and outdoor units. The ideal candidate will enhance comfort and efficiency in both residential and industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including mini-splits and outdoor units.
- Perform routine system diagnostics and pressure checks.
- Maintain equipment and tools for optimal safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in reading gauges and understanding pressure concepts.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HVAC diagnostics and repairs.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Industrial training and HVAC industry knowledge are advantageous.
