Overview:

We're searching for a Lead Carpenter who will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials in residential settings. The role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to read and execute project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install frameworks and fixtures for residential buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals and report on job progress.
