Overview: We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter with expertise in detailed finish work for residential projects. The ideal candidate will confidently work on custom carpentry, including intricate moldings and ceiling details, alongside general support tasks. Responsibilities: - Execute finish carpentry projects such as chair rail, wainscoting, and crown/base molding. - Undertake custom ceiling framing and box building. - Provide general carpentry support including framing and sheetrock installation. - Set up and clean job sites, manage materials, and accurately measure and cut. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years carpentry experience with a focus on finish carpentry. - Proven ability to cut and install trim with precision. - Familiarity and comfort with general carpentry tasks. - Personal possession of basic hand and cordless tools (tape measure, square, chalk line, hammer, etc.).
