Overview: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to perform exterior carpentry work, including repairs and remodeling. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, work independently, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities: - Perform exterior carpentry work such as installing fascia boards, soffits, and other building components. - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate execution of projects. - Use various hand and power tools effectively and safely. - Coordinate with team members and lead on-site problem-solving efforts. Requirements: - At least 3 years of proven experience with exterior carpentry work, particularly in roofing and remodeling. - Ability to understand roof cuts and different carpentry techniques. - Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal tools. - Strong self-starter attitude with excellent communication skills for coordinating remotely.
