Overview:
We’re seeking a Skilled Laborer to support residential construction projects through punch list work, basic installations, and general carpentry tasks. This role requires solid construction fundamentals, reliability, and the ability to work independently while following direction on an active job site.

Responsibilities:
- Complete punch list and finish work, including minor repairs and touch-ups
- Install and replace doors, windows, and basic flooring
- Perform light carpentry, basic framing assistance, and general construction tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

Requirements:
- Residential construction experience with strong basic carpentry skills
- Ability to read a tape measure, understand level vs. plumb, and use common hand/power tools
- Able to work independently, take constructive feedback, and maintain a professional attitude
- Reliable transportation required
- Must bring basic hand tools and a tool belt
