Overview We’re seeking a Residential Remodeler with hands-on experience to support a property renovation team performing full-scope residential remodeling projects. This role requires versatility across multiple phases of renovation and the ability to work on job sites throughout Pennsylvania. Responsibilities - Perform a wide range of residential remodeling tasks, including framing, rough carpentry, and general renovation work. - Assist with demolition, rebuilds, and property improvements across multiple projects. - Follow project plans and direction from site leads to complete work accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site at all times. - Travel to and work at various residential renovation sites as assigned. Requirements - 3–5 years of hands-on residential remodeling experience. - Proven experience with framing and general renovation work. - Ability to perform physical, on-site construction work in active residential environments. - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites around the Reading area. - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a crew.
