Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable Concrete Finisher to support commercial and residential concrete projects through hands-on site preparation, pouring, and finishing work. This role is best suited for someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable contributing wherever needed on the job site.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites by setting forms, staging materials, and assisting with concrete setup
- Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete on residential and commercial projects
- Assist with general concrete tasks before, during, and after pours
- Support crew members to keep jobs moving efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience performing concrete work or concrete finishing
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance are essential
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to handle a variety of tasks beyond finishing when needed
- Reliable transportation required to report to job sites in the Montevallo, AL area.
