Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Tile Installer to support high-end residential projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role requires strong technical skill in floor and mosaic tile installation, with a focus on precision, leveling, and consistent finish quality across large residential spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Install floor and mosaic tile in residential settings, including multi-bathroom homes.
- Accurately distinguish between floor tile and mosaic applications and apply appropriate installation techniques.
- Float floors to a consistent level across rooms and surfaces.
- Use leveling clips and related methods to correct surface imperfections and ensure uniform finishes.
- Maintain quality standards while working alongside other trades on active residential job sites.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential tile installation.
- Proven ability to level floors and execute detailed mosaic tile work.
- Experience using leveling systems to achieve precise, even installations.
- Ability to communicate effectively on job sites; bilingual candidates (English/Spanish speaking) preferred.
- Reliable transportation to residential job sites within the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
