Overview: 
We're seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and service high-end residential appliances, with a focus on premium brands such as Viking, Miele, and Thermador. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in luxury residential settings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on high-end kitchen and home appliances.
- Communicate diagnostic findings and recommended solutions to customers.
- Follow up with parts procurement and complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience in appliance repair.
- EPA certification required for refrigeration work.
- Experience with luxury appliance brands.
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish is a plus).
