Overview:
We’re seeking a Composite Decking and General Construction Laborer with hands-on experience building composite decks and supporting a variety of outdoor construction projects. This role focuses primarily on decking work, with additional exterior projects such as fencing, pergolas, and fire pits depending on workload.

Responsibilities:
- Install and assist with finishing composite decking projects.
- Perform general exterior construction tasks, including fencing, pergolas, fire pits, and other outdoor structures.
- Operate and supply personal power tools, including drills, nail guns, table saws, and related equipment.
- Support project execution across multiple job types as needed, especially during winter months.
- Work on-site and follow direction from project leadership to meet quality expectations.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on composite decking experience.
- Experience with general exterior or remodeling construction work.
- Ability to supply all necessary personal power tools (saw, drills, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required,
