Overview
We’re seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to support residential interior renovation and build projects from start to finish. This role focuses on hands-on general contracting work across active job sites, assisting with construction, installation, and finishing tasks. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow direction, and contribute reliably on-site without close supervision.

Responsibilities
- Assist with interior renovation and build projects, including framing, carpentry, installation, and general construction tasks
- Work on-site daily alongside the project lead to move client projects forward efficiently
- Use personal basic hand tools and safely operate job-site equipment as needed

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience minimum required, preferably 3 years of hands-on experience in general construction or related trades
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant oversight
- Experience working on active residential or interior renovation job sites
- Must bring basic personal hand tools
