Overview We’re seeking a Skilled Tradesman to support general commercial construction projects with occasional residential work. This role is ideal for a highly capable, hands-on trades professional who can lead their own tasks while also assisting across multiple areas of a job site. The ideal candidate brings strong core trade skills and the flexibility to contribute wherever needed. Responsibilities - Perform skilled trade work on general commercial projects, with occasional residential assignments - Independently complete trade-specific tasks (e.g., tile or similar skilled work) and support other job site activities as needed - Assist with a variety of construction-related duties beyond primary trade specialty - Work efficiently on active job sites while maintaining quality workmanship Requirements - Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction or skilled trade experience - Strong expertise in at least one primary trade, with the ability to assist in others - Ability to work independently and manage tasks on a job site - Must provide own tools and reliable vehicle
